Home staging is the art of preparing a property for the market by strategically arranging and styling furniture, decor and accessories to showcase your property’s best features and create a desirable atmosphere for potential buyers.

How does the Home Staging process work?

The process involves an initial consultation to assess the property, followed by installing, organising and arranging furniture and decor to maximize your property’s potential. Additional enhancements, such as artwork and accessories, will also be used to create an inviting ambiance.

Should I stage my home if it’s vacant?

YES ABSOLUTELY! Staging a vacant property is highly recommended. Empty spaces can appear cold and uninviting to buyers and in addition, many buyers struggle to visualise how space could be used and what they’d need to furnish it. By staging with furniture and decor, you can help your buyers visualise the potential of the space and create a welcoming environment.

Do I need to stage every room?

YES ABSOLUTELY! You want to create a seamless experience for your buyers and ensure you’re showing off your property in its best light. I will give a heavy focus on staging key areas like the living room, kitchen and master bedroom as these spaces have the most impact on buyers.

Can I stage my vacant property myself?

Of course! It’s possible to stage your vacant property yourself if you have several weeks available and a big budget. However, if you want to stage quickly and at an affordable price, I can be in and done within a minimum of 7 days from your initial enquiry.

How much does Home Staging cost?

If you’re staging for sale, I offer Standard Furniture Packs at very affordable prices. If you’re staging for let, please contact me for a quick chat to obtain a personalised quote based on your specific needs.

Will Home Staging guarantee a higher sale price?

Do I need to make repairs or renovations before Home Staging?

Yes please! It’s generally advisable to address any significant repairs or renovations before staging.
